How to login to Okta account? ›

Usually the login page is “companyname”.okta.com. Alternatively, if you were sent an activation link email, the sign in page will be in the email body.

To find your Okta URL (also called an Okta domain): Sign in to your Okta organization with your administrator account. Locate the Okta domain by clicking your username in the upper-right corner of the Admin Console. The domain appears in the dropdown menu.

Confirm Device Date / Time Settings are set to Network ( or Automatic). This is a very common issue for roaming users. Reboot the device in question. Try re-enrollment or reinstall of Okta Verify app.

How do I find my username and password for Okta? If you don't know your username, please contact your company's helpdesk — they set up all of your organisation's Okta usernames. If you've forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot password' link at the bottom of the sign-in page to generate a new one.
